Today, we were honored to be asked by Valley Volunteer Fire Department to be part of the funeral procession for Dave Shields. He was a man of many roles, as a Paramedic, the Deputy Fire Chief at Valley, and to what many knew him as, “MedCom Dave.” He will be missed by a lot of people throughout the region and state, through his many years of service in the first responder community. Rest easy brother.
